# Quickstart

### Create a mission
Open the dashboard and choose **New mission**.

### Pick a pad
Choose **Pad 39** for test flights.

### Start the countdown
Press **Launch**. The countdown starts at T-10, and you can hold it at any time with **Pause**.

> **Tip**
>
> Test flights never leave the atmosphere, so you can launch as many as you like.
